Job Title:
Quality Inspection Technician

Job Description

This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of quality by accurately inspecting labels in a clean room environment. The technician uses measurement tools to verify that all products meet established quality standards and consistently follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and relevant personnel procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect labels in a clean room environment to ensure they meet defined quality standards.
  • Use measurement tools, such as tape measures and small precision instruments, to verify product specifications.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail during all inspection activities.
  • Apply Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and adhere to all personnel and safety procedures at all times.
  • Document inspection results clearly and accurately using proficient written English communication.
  • Communicate inspection findings and quality concerns using clear verbal English communication.
  • Handle and move materials as needed, including lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Perform basic math calculations to support measurement, counting, and verification tasks.
  • Contribute to a clean, organized, and compliant work area within the clean room environment.
Essential Skills
  • Demonstrated experience in quality-related work or quality inspection.
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately and use small measurement tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
  • Basic math skills for measurements, counts, and simple calculations.
  • Proficient English written communication skills.
  • Proficient English verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and established procedures.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience working in a clean room or controlled environment.
  • Familiarity with documenting inspection results and quality records.
