Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures for serving alcoholic drinks including state/federal regulations pertaining to alcohol distribution.;
Learn knowledge of beer, wine varieties and spirits and upsell products to guests.;
Check guest IDs to verify minimum age in accordance with state/federal regulations.;
De-escalate intoxicated guest situations and contact management or security as required.;
Maintain a clean and sanitary work station and handle cash accurately; assist with setup and breakdown of bar equipment
