Earn up to $20/hour base + commissions (up to $27/hour) + up to $1,500/month in store performance bonuses.

Rymco LLC, an authorized retailer for Cricket Wireless, seeks a highly motivated, results-driven Retail Sales Manager to lead our dynamic team across our retail locations. • Lead and motivate a team to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive store performance through effective management and hands‑on leadership
• Train, mentor, and develop team members
• Execute local marketing initiatives and promotions
• Maintain high visual merchandising and operational standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• 2+ years of customer service experience (Required)
• 2+ years of sales experience (Required)
• 1+ year of management experience (Preferred)
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Ability to work retail hours:
Monday–Saturday: 9 AM–8 PM;
Sunday: 12 PM–5 PM (hours subject to change).
