The TJ Maxx Owensboro store, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is hiring for a role focused on executing receiving and merchandising standards while maintaining a positive customer experience. You will help train staff, manage merchandise flow, and ensure safety and organizational standards across the sales floor and backroom areas.
We seek candidates with at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in leadership, plus the ability to work nights and weekends and lift heavy objects.
