We are seeking a Market Inventory Compliance team member to support our micro-market operations. This position is responsible for completing inventories, checking product rotation, maintaining merchandising standards, and keeping assigned markets clean, organized, and customer-ready. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

- Complete full inventories of assigned micro-markets and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Check product dates and rotate inventory using FIFO practices.
- Remove expired products and properly record waste.
- Keep products organized, faced, and properly merchandised.
- Ensure planograms, promotional signage, and company merchandising standards are followed.
- Clean and sanitize shelves, countertops, coolers, kiosks, and other market areas as needed.
- Check market equipment and report maintenance or service issues.
- Report inventory shortages, theft, vandalism, and other concerns to management.
- Use company-issued handheld technology to complete inventory and account responsibilities.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service at assigned locations.
- Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and report maintenance needs.
- Follow all company safety, inventory control, and loss prevention procedures.
- Communicate account conditions and customer concerns to management.
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- Must be at least 21 years of age to qualify for DOT certification.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage an assigned schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to use handheld technology and follow written procedures.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and carry products, supplies, and equipment as needed.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance while working at customer locations.
- Previous inventory, merchandising, retail, route, or micro-market experience.
- Experience working independently in customer locations.
- Familiarity with inventory control and product rotation procedures.
