Remote | Full-time | Flexible schedule | Six-month contract (January 1, 2026 – July 1, 2026)
Compensation: Monthly retainer + commission for qualified leads that move to contract.

Success for All Foundation (SFA) is expanding its reach and we need passionate, relationship-driven professionals to help bring our nationally recognized literacy model to more schools that need it most.
We’re awarding fifty $100,000 scholarships to support schools ready to take bold, evidence-based action for their students. As an Educational Sales Growth Specialist, you’ll be on the front lines of this effort, connecting with Title 1‑eligible public, private, and charter school leaders, identifying promising opportunities, and bringing new partners into our pipeline during our highest recruitment season.
Your work will directly support educators and increase the number of children who learn to read and achieve at the highest levels. This role is ideal for you if:

- You understand the pressures school leaders face and can speak to those challenges in a way that helps them see how SFA offers real, practical solutions.
- You understand the unique needs of Title 1‑eligible schools and can talk comfortably about SFA’s record proving that poverty is not a predictor of success.
- You enjoy relationship‑building and are comfortable picking up the phone, sending follow‑up messages, or hopping on a quick video call.
- You’re proactive and self‑directed. You don’t wait for leads to come to you and enjoy building your own pipeline with intention and creativity.
- You’re organized and reliable and a person people count on to follow through, track details accurately, and stay one step ahead.

As an Educational Sales Growth Specialist, you’ll play a key role in introducing leaders to SFA, building early relationships, and nurturing high-quality leads that can move to partnership.
Find and cultivate strong new prospects- Use personal networks, industry tools, conferences, and proactive research to build targeted lists of Title 1‑eligible public, private, and charter school leaders.
- Identify schools that are a strong fit for SFA’s whole‑school model and our scholarship criteria.
- Connect with leaders through phone, email, Linked In, and online meetings.
- Help school leaders see how SFA aligns with their goals and can improve reading and outcomes school wide.
- Nurture leads with timely follow‑up, clarity, and strong relationship‑building.
- Share case studies, videos, and other collateral that illustrate how SFA’s model solves many challenges leaders face today.
- Guide interested leaders through the next steps and prepare them for deeper conversations with the internal outreach team.

- When a school shows readiness to explore implementation, you’ll partner closely with our internal outreach specialists to ensure a smooth transition to later‑stage conversations and contract steps.
- Track all outreach activity in the CRM with precision.
- Share daily/weekly summaries on pipeline movement, outreach volume, and next steps.
- Follow organizational expectations for communication, scheduling, and data quality.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years educational sales experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in metrics‑driven environments.
- Strong knowledge of Title I education, structures, and educators’ day‑to‑day realities.
