Overview
This role involves managing a team of Account Executives and Clinical Specialists within Baxter’s Respiratory Health Division, covering regions in Ohio, Kentucky, Eastern Tennessee, West Virginia, Pittsburgh, Detroit & NW Indiana. Responsibilities include meeting regional sales quotas, developing strategic plans, and partnering with executives to drive sales policies.
Responsibilities- Meet and exceed regional sales quotas.
- Develop comprehensive annual strategic regional plans.
- Lead sales activities for the region in alignment with RH division goals.
- Manage a team of Account Executives and Clinical Specialists.
- Partner with peer AVPs, RVPs, and Sales VPs to develop divisional sales policies, procedures, and strategies.
- Nurture and develop strong relationships with internal functions to maximize profitability and efficiency.
- Understand and adhere to company and regulatory/compliance policies and procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, products, and services.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of top-level sales performance experience in medical device or healthcare industry.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in medical device or healthcare industry.
- Experience hiring, developing, and managing sales teams.
- Strong customer relationship building skills.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license.
Estimated base pay range: $152,000 – $170,000 annually, plus potential sales incentive compensation.
