LHH is teaming up with a client in Middleburg Heights that is in need of an Account Manager.

This is a direct hire position, applicants can expect to work with and manage multiple accounts, answer a high volume of phone calls, ensure that orders are properly stocked before delivery, and maintain constant communication with clients. • Account Management
• Inside Sales
• Answering a high volume of phone calls
• Checking stock levels of inventory and following up on back orders
• Sending communications to customers and colleagues

• Past Inside Sales experience is preferred
• Account management skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone
• Expertise with the Microsoft Office products and ERP skills preferred
• Must be self motivated

• Twoyears of experience preferred

• Direct hire

• $47,000 to $50,000 per year

• Full time 40 hours per week
• 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
