Educate clients on available Allstate products and services, explaining coverage options clearly.

Process new business applications accurately and efficiently.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive follow-up and exceptional service.

Collaborate with the agency team to achieve collective sales goals.

Stay updated on industry trends and product changes to provide the best advice.

Active Kentucky Property & Casualty License (required).

Proven track record in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

A genuine desire to help customers protect what matters most.

Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
