Custodial Disability Job Coach
Part Time Evenings:Mon-Thur 3:30 to 8:00 PM, Fri 11:30-8:00 pm
Witco is seeking a Custodial Job Coach to provide coaching, training, and hands on support to workers with disabilities.
SummaryThe DSP will teach participants appropriate work skills, attitude, and behaviors and provide hands-on support performing custodial functions as outlined by the contracts ensuring the facility is left clean and maintained each day. This position is responsible for transportation, training, coaching, support to workers with disabilities who perform custodial work at public buildings.

Essential Duties- Teach and develop work skills to people with disabilities, and step in as needed to provide hands‑on custodial functions ensuring the facility is left clean and maintained as outlined by the contracts.
- Coach and mentor the custodial team and ensure they perform the job efficiently, effectively, with appropriate attitudes, and job-retaining behavior.
- Conduct assessments, monitor and document participating worker progress.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance and good driving record.

Must complete an obtain clearance for Criminal History, with fingerprinting, employment references, and pre-hire drug screen required.
