Accounts Payable Coordinator - Owings Mills, MD About the Company and Accounts Payable Coordinator Opportunity:

CFS is partnering with a fantastic repeat client to hire an Accounts Payable Coordinator

Reports to the Accounting Manager

Job Duties of the Accounts Payable Coordinator:

Oversee AP email queue and respond to inquiries from vendors, internal employees, and department managers.
Review, code, and process a high volume of vendor invoices for timely payment.
Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, vendor statements, and payment issues.
Maintain vendor records, including W-9 forms and new vendor setups.
Assist with month-end closing activities, including AP reconciliations and accruals.
Ensure all invoices receive proper approvals and are processed in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Coordinator:

2+ years of accounts payable experience required.
- Experience processing invoices, vendor payments, and resolving AP discrepancies.
Experience using MS Dynamics Great Plains a plus, but not required
Basic Excel skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: This role is hybrid in Owings Mills, MD. M-F 8:30am-5:30pm, 40 hours per week
Salary: $52,000 - $56,000 depending on experience
