Home Health RN covering primarily Carroll County with support in Baltimore County.
Productivity expectation: 30 points per week
Average daily visits: 6 patients/day

Locals Accepted

• 2–3 years recent skilled Home Health experience
• Strong OASIS documentation experience
• Prior acute or long-term care experience
• MD RN License (or Compact)
• BLS Certification
• Valid Driver’s License + Auto Insurance
• Reliable Vehicle
• Travel experience required

• Start of Care, Recert, Resumption of Care
• Wound care & Wound VAC
• IV therapy & infusion
• Medication administration (IM, IV, SQ)
• Catheter care, G-tube, NG tube
• Tracheostomy & Oxygen management
• Pain management & PCA
• Case management & discharge planning
• OASIS documentation
