Josh’s Frogs is seeking a friendly, self-motivated Customer Service Representative for on-site work in Owosso, MI. The role involves assisting customers by phone, chat, and email, and maintaining a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM, with benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) matching, PTO, and more. Prior experience with Intercom is a plus, as is familiarity with Google Workspace.
