We’re seeking a friendly, self‑motivated individual for the full‑time Customer Service Representative position in our Customer Service Department. As a member of the Customer Service Department, your voice and actions would greatly impact customer satisfaction. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers via phone, chat, and email, and maintaining a high standard of service.

Full‑time (40 per week), Monday through Friday or Sunday through Thursday, schedule varying between 10 AM to 7 PM
$16.00/hour

• Assisting customers with questions, orders, shipping issues, etc. via phone, email, and chat
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times
• Communicating with other departments to obtain information
• Taking calls and responding to emails and chats daily
• Cross‑training with other departments
• Using multiple programs at one time

• Knowledge of reptiles, amphibians, invertebrates, and other relevant animals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A friendly disposition
• High‑volume call center experience
• The ability to navigate between multiple screens
• Availability to help cover call‑ins and vacations

• 3+ years of call center experience
• Experience with Gorgias
• Familiarity with the Entrepreneurial Operating System
• Bilingualism (Spanish and English)
