The successful candidate will believe in and support the student‑first philosophy while contributing to the overall success of Baker College and acting as a positive role model and brand ambassador on and off campus.

• Teach Automatic Transmissions courses to students.
• Prepare and deliver course content, assessments, and grading.
• Support student success and foster an inclusive learning environment.
• Represent Baker College on campus and in community events.

• High School Diploma/GED (required).
• ASE Certification in Automotive Automatic Transmissions (required).
• Minimum five years work experience in the field (required).
• Associate Degree (preferred).
• Additional ASE certifications or related degrees (preferred).
