License/Certs:
Registered Dietitian (RD), MI license preferred or willing to obtain
Experience:
Prior clinical and inpatient experience preferred
Hourly Pay Rate: $63.65

Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for hospitalized patients and long-term care residents at nutritional risk
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care and hydration plans
Document assessments and care plans accurately in electronic medical records
Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient-centered nutritional care
Evaluate the need for specialized nutrition support and recommend interventions
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and department meetings
Adjust care plans based on reassessment and patient needs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
Registered Dietitian (RD) certification, with MI licensure or willingness to obtain
Minimum of 2 years inpatient and/or long-term care experience preferred
Strong knowledge of JACHO, state, and federal nutrition standards
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
