McAlister's Deli in Owosso, MI is hiring for a catering coordinator to manage daily catering operations at the franchised location. You will coordinate drivers and deliveries, verify guest satisfaction, and ensure accurate catering accounting procedures.
You will also make at least two sales calls daily and record them in the sales report, while completing front of house and back of house prep lists for catering orders. Other duties may be assigned by management.
