As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will be instrumental in building and leading a high-performing team during a critical growth phase. You will:
- Drive sales performance and deliver outstanding member experiences
- Support day-to-day branch operations while ensuring compliance standards are met
- Coach, develop, and motivate team members
- Step in to lead the branch in the manager's absence
- 3–5 years of experience in a financial institution, focused on member service
- Prior leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for team success
- Knowledge of lending products and sales strategies
- Ability to obtain FiCEP certification
Training & Travel Requirement:
During the training period regular travel to our existing branches will be required. Locations include Flint, Clio, Davison, Fenton, Orion Township, Clarkston, Swartz Creek, Grand Blanc, and Lapeer.
