Job Description

We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. The Agent Services Technicians will work the front desk and act as the first point-of-contact for clients and agents. We are looking for a customer-oriented administrator who is coachable, loves exceeding expectations, and is a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision.
Weekend availability is a must. Flexibility is important. The Oxford office helps to cover our other Oakland County offices, as needed.

The agent services technician is responsible for the following duties:

  • Providing agents and their clients with the premier customer service BHHS Kee is known for
  • Communicate changes and news with all stakeholders in an effective and efficient manner
  • Participate and engage in efforts to improve the office and the organization
  • Participate in company-wide appreciation events
  • Greeting clients
  • Answering a multi-line phone
  • Transferring calls
  • Managing the day-to‑day front office operations
  • Managing and understanding legal contracts and paperwork
  • Supporting and managing agent questions in a timely manner
  • Entering and maintaining property listings
  • Creating marketing materials as directed
  • Providing premier customer service to our agents and their clients
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned (job description not all inclusive)
Requirements
  • Experience with Google Sheets
  • Must be able to cover shifts within a small office environment
  • Must be able to cover shifts at other office locations
  • Excellent decision‑making skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Customer‑service minded
  • Willingness to chip in on all fronts, including changing light bulbs or routine cleaning as needed in an office setting
  • Willingness to assist at other Kee Realty office locations if needed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Clerical knowledge
  • Microsoft Office and Google Suite experience
  • Willing and available for weekend hours – part of the schedule
