NADCAP Certified Welder; TIG

Overview

Are you a precision welder who takes pride in producing flawless work for critical applications? Barron Industries, a trusted name in aerospace and defense manufacturing since 1983, is seeking a NADCAP Certified TIG Welder to join our 1st shift team in Oxford, MI.

• Perform precision TIG welding on aluminum and ferrous metals for aerospace and defense components
• Work to exacting specifications in a NADCAP-accredited facility
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and work instructions
• Maintain weld quality standards per AS9100 and customer requirements
• Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to ensure mission-critical components meet specifications

• Active AWS certification, or at a NADCAP accredited facility
• Proven TIG welding experience with Aluminum and ferrous metals
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs., sit and stand for long periods, pass welder vision exam.

• 3+ years of production welding experience
• Familiarity with AS9100 quality systems
• Multi-process welding capabilities
