Part-time Clubhouse Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Clubhouse Generalist to support adults living with mental health challenges in building social, educational, and employment skills. This position helps create a welcoming, recovery-focused environment while assisting members with personal goals, community involvement, and vocational activities.

• Lead clubhouse work units such as food service, clerical, retail, or other skill-building activities
• Support members in developing social, vocational, and independent living skills
• Use person-centered and motivational interviewing approaches to help members achieve goals
• Connect members with community resources, employment opportunities, and support services
• Assist with community outreach and social activities
• Transport members to services
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team meetings

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or High School Diploma/GED with 2–4 years of relevant experience
• Experience in mental health, social services, or community programs preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
