Customer Service Representative

A growing manufacturing company in Oxford is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented customer service representative to join our team!

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

• Receive and process customer orders by phone and email
• Enter orders accurately into the system
• Confirm order details and delivery schedules with customers
• Monitor orders through production and shipment
• Assist customers with product information and sample requests
• Resolve customer concerns and provide outstanding customer service
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• Previous customer service, administrative, or office experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong attention to detail
