Use your expertise and experience to support the organization in achieving operational successes, meeting deadlines with accurate and precise detail, and optimizing business objectives while aligning with customer specifications. You will be responsible for handling product/process development projects from inception through first article approval, utilizing standard manufacturing processes and rapid prototype technologies. Your role involves developing and documenting written processes and instructions, providing a structured approach to identifying and developing best practices within production areas, and assisting various departments with technical support while complying with all safety and environmental rules and regulations.

You will work closely with employees and the Management Team, ensuring the preparation of parts and appropriate SOPs are followed to meet customer specifications. Using your keen eye for detail, you will follow specifications to ensure products are produced within process parameters, using a variety of tools, programs, and techniques. You will receive extensive training and continuous feedback to help you grow and develop your potential within an experienced team.
