Pharmacy Tech Certified Sam's - Part Time

Oxford, AL

Position Summary

Provides member service by acknowledging the member, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the Company’s products and services. Operates hardware such as cash registers or related equipment, processes member purchases, assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types. Provides pharmacy products and services to members in accordance with Company policies and procedures, assists with processing prescription and OTC orders and purchases, stocks and secures pharmacy supplies and merchandise, enters prescription information or files prescriptions, and completes and maintains required paperwork and forms.

Receives and stocks merchandise in the pharmacy area, organizes and maintains the pharmacy area following Company procedures, utilizes equipment appropriately, merchandises, and completes required paperwork logs and other documentation. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carries out tasks; communicates progress and information;

determines and recommends ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapts to and learns from change, difficulties, and feedback. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and applying them in executing business processes and practices.

Compensation

The hourly wage range for this position is $20.50 to $28.50*.
* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
