Collaborates with other associates to build a strong meat team and communicates with team members;
Demonstrates knowledge of meat department operations, product safety standards, sanitation guidelines, inventory management, and equipment operation/maintenance;
Cuts, wraps, trims, and prepares meat products according to established standards;
Ensures merchandise is properly packaged, labeled, and stored in accordance with policies;
Provides exceptional customer service and supports members in purchasing decisions and department needs.
