• Engage with a broad range of customers in a high‑traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and showcase the value of T‑Mobile solutions.
• Leverage digital self‑serve tools during customer interactions and onboarding, recommending wireless solutions that enable customers to use the T‑Mobile app.
• Complete comprehensive training on the in‑store experience, new skills, products, and processes; maintain current promotions and hub updates to remain customer‑ready.
• Partner with nearby store locations to onboard customers, perform skill practice, share knowledge, and support store operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Build rapport and trust with customers, drive sales activity, manage referrals and follow‑ups, and perform price overrides for specialty offers.
• Work with leadership and teams to support the customer experience from account setup to device support and account servicing.

• High School Diploma or GED (required)

• At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred (required)

• Passionate customer advocate who balances experience and performance goals (required)
• Team‑building mindset and willingness to collaborate with peers and leaders (required)
• Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast‑paced sales environment (required)

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

No travel required.

$18.00 base plus $5.00 per hour training pay. After 90 days of training, promotion to Mobile Expert with an annualized incentive target of $18,000. Full‑time employees earn a guaranteed $20/hour inclusive of incentives.
