Overwatch Systems Integrated LLC designs and integrates modern surveillance systems for commercial, industrial, and government clients across Northeast Alabama. We focus on the environments most integrators avoid: hazardous locations, high-security facilities, and operations that cannot afford downtime. Our work is technical, standards-driven, and built to hold up in the field. We are based in Oxford, AL.

Role Description

This is a 1099 contract Sales Development Representative role, hybrid, based out of Oxford, AL with remote flexibility. Compensation is commission-based.

The SDR owns the top of our pipeline. You will identify and research prospective clients, open conversations, qualify real opportunities, and set qualified meetings for the owner to close. You are not cold-calling from a generic list. You are finding facilities and operations that need serious surveillance and starting the right conversation with the right decision-maker.

Core responsibilities
  • Research and build target account and contact lists in our territory
  • Run outbound outreach by phone, email, and in-person where it makes sense
  • Qualify leads against fit and intent before booking time
  • Schedule qualified consultations and hand off clean context to close
  • Keep the CRM accurate and current on every contact and opportunity
Qualifications
  • Experience in inside sales, outbound sales, or business development with a track record of hitting or beating targets
  • Strong lead-generation instincts and the ability to spot a real opportunity
  • Clear, direct communicator who can hold a conversation with an owner or facility manager
  • Comfortable working a CRM and managing a pipeline without hand-holding
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, which a commission-based contract role demands
