Are you driven, dedicated, and ready to make an impact? Bobcat of Brantford is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Oxford County area. This role focuses on selling and promoting our compact equipment and attachments, growing our market share, and building strong customer relationships.

• Manage an assigned territory and drive sales by servicing existing customers and acquiring new ones.
• Represent Bobcat of Brantford with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to high customer service standards.
• Demonstrate equipment, conduct on-site product demos, and attend to equipment deliveries.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and stay organized with weekly sales plans.
• Conduct trade evaluations and follow up with customers post-sale for ongoing satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and participate in team meetings and training.

• Sales experience, compact or heavy equipment preferred, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to manage a CRM effectively and create a strategic sales plan.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to relationship-building.
