Pinson TM seeks experienced Traffic Management Operatives for High Speed Crews across the UK. Collaborate in a stable environment and maximize project efficiency.

Candidates should hold Lantra-approved Traffic Management Qualifications and possess experience in positions such as 12AB IPV Foreman or 12AB Operative. This opportunity allows you to work exclusively with your crew, ensuring all operations meet high-quality standards. Engage directly with labour teams to achieve critical deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and remove Traffic Management sites as per regulations

• Conduct daily briefings with the crew

• Enforce compliance with the ‘Raising The Bar’ policies

• Communicate near misses to management effectively

• Ensure adherence to Health & Safety protocols

Requirements:

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications

• Successful completion of Drugs & Alcohol checks

• Right to Work in the UK

• Full UK Driving licence with a maximum of 6 points

• Relevant traffic management experience
