Haynes Group, Inc is seeking a Site Operator in Oxford, CT, responsible for supporting site preparation work prior to construction. This position requires hands-on tasks related to grading, excavation, and utility installation, under the guidance of a Foreman.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience in civil construction, OSHA certification, and the physical ability to perform strenuous labor outdoors in varying weather conditions.
