Compensation & SchedulePay Rate: $19–$22 per hour
Training:
Monday–Friday 8:30 am–5 pm
After training:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday 9:30 am–8 pm

Job OverviewThe Client Care Specialist reports to the Care Center Manager and is responsible for delivering professional, quality customer service through the effective use of organizational skills, product knowledge, administration, and operations.
Duties & Responsibilities- Ensure excellent customer service via telephone, email, and in‑person interactions.
- Build rapport and assist customers with product orders.
- Provide information and respond to inquiries about products and services.
- Determine client needs, recommend solutions or follow‑up as needed.
- Coordinate client service requests to meet expectations.
- Maintain strong interpersonal skills and extensive knowledge of the full product range.
- Adopt and implement best‑practice processes and procedures for administrative and operational activities within the department.
- Perform any other duties assigned.
- Post‑secondary degree or diploma in a related field.
- At least one year of experience in a customer‑service environment involving client care.
- High level of integrity, ethics, and compassion for the care of the deceased.
- Teamwork oriented.
- Strong problem‑identification and solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to multitask with multiple systems while interacting with customers.
- Highly motivated, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.
- Regular bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, sitting, and repetitive motion.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Occasional lifting/moving of items weighing 100 + lbs.
- Regular exposure to low, moderate, or high noise and heat environments.
