A bachelor's or master's degree in School Psychology, an active School Psychologist license, and a minimum of 1+ years of School Psychologist experience are required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Overview

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join our team for a full‑time leave assignment during the 2026/2027 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to support an early elementary caseload in a collaborative school environment. Requirements
  • Active Connecticut School Psychologist Certification (070) required
Previous School‑Based Experience Preferred
  • Strong assessment, counseling, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to facilitate multidisciplinary meetings and support early learners
  • Onsite
Responsibilities
  • Assess students with social, emotional, and behavioral concerns
  • Complete psycho educational evaluations and classroom observations-li>
  • Provide individual and group therapeutic counseling services
  • Facilitate PPT meetings and coordinate 504 meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
Interview Process
  • 10‑15 minute screening call with a Soliant Education Recruiter
  • 20‑30 minute virtual interview directly with the school district
  • District is available to interview Friday, July 10, at any time
  • Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview
Work Hours
  • Full‑time
  • 35 hours per week
  • August 26, 2026 – January 1, 2027
  • Onsite only
  • PreK–2nd Grade caseload
