This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager at Servoro Team Geaski. The Project Manager will oversee residential and commercial restoration and remodeling projects, including collaborating with clients, subcontractors, and insurance adjusters. Daily tasks encompass project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring timely and high-quality project completion. The role also includes monitoring compliance with safety and regulatory standards and effectively addressing challenges to maintain smooth project execution.
Qualifications- Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Proficiency in communication, client relationship management, and team collaboration
- In-depth knowledge of construction and restoration practices, including safety and compliance standards
- Problem-solving expertise and the ability to adapt to unforeseen project challenges
- Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in home and commercial restoration or remodeling is highly valued
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license and flexibility to perform on-site tasks and supervision
