Haynes Materials is seeking a dynamic Sales Support & Administration Coordinator to organize and streamline a fast-moving quarry sales operation in Oxford, CT. You’ll connect Sales with Operations, maintain CRM data, and support pricing and order entry in Fastweigh.
You’ll build real-time pipeline dashboards, push follow-ups to close quotes, and prepare agendas for weekly sales meetings. Occasional weigh master duties may be required.
