Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Trade Compliance Analyst based in Oxford, MA. The role involves managing trade compliance programs to ensure adherence to U.S. and global trade regulations. Key responsibilities include overseeing import compliance, managing customs brokerage activities, verifying the Harmonized Tariff Schedule classification of products, and analyzing trade data to ensure accurate reporting. The candidate will be tasked with responding to trade compliance inquiries, facilitating import/export processes, and implementing best practices to strengthen compliance measures.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Trade Compliance, with a deep understanding of both U.S. and international regulations.
  • Proficiency in Import Compliance and Customs Brokerage processes, with experience managing import/export operations effectively.
  • Competence in applying and interpreting the Harmonized Tariff Schedule for product classification.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to assess and interpret trade data, identify trends, and propose compliant solutions.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, paired with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is required; certifications in trade compliance or customs regulations are advantageous.
