The Panther Group is seeking an SMT Operator (Second Shift) in Oxford, MA to set up and run PCB manufacturing equipment. You will operate solder paste printers, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens, ensuring proper changeovers and quality documentation.
Ideal candidates have prior SMT experience, attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions. Cross-training opportunities may be available, with overtime and weekend shifts as needed.
