• Communicates with suppliers and vendors to address quality issues, logistics bottlenecks, and recommendations on improvement.
• Coordinate with suppliers on deliverable specifics, including handling, special requirements, hazards, and instructions on use.
• Collaborates and coordinates with internal departments to develop new methods of evaluation and inspection on supplier deliverables.
• Documents and processes supplier metrics to utilize data in future analyses of evaluation methods.
• Documents all work and maintains a daily log.

• Minimum of three years' supplier purchasing experience.

• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, or schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, data entry, production software).
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills required for interaction within the group, other departments and customers.
• Results-oriented, with ability to multitask.
• Aptitude to learn new systems and technologies.
• Ability to maintain professional demeanor.
• Attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and proactive.
• English speaking with ability to read and write in English.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Standing, bending, reaching, and walking for extended periods.
• Visual ability correctable to 20/20 for performing visual inspections.
