We are excited to offer an opportunity for a talented 4D Modeling Coordinator to join our innovative team. This role focuses on creating and optimizing 4D models that combine time and schedule data with 3D models, enabling efficient project planning and execution.

As a 4D Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing project visualization and ensuring accurate construction sequencing by leveraging your expertise in BIM tools and collaborative workflows. We are looking for the best candidates to join us, regardless of their location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage 4D models for construction projects that align seamlessly with project timelines and 3D models.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure proper sequencing and adherence to schedules.
  • Analyze construction schedules with 4D simulations to uncover potential risks and opportunities.
  • Create impactful visualizations and presentations to communicate project planning and progress to stakeholders.
  • Support and enhance BIM/VDC workflows, maintaining compliance with company standards and industry best practices.
  • Address and resolve challenges related to 4D modeling and data integration.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members on 4D modeling processes and tools.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in BIM/VDC, specifically in 4D modeling and construction sequencing.
  • Proficiency in Synchro, Navisworks, Revit, and other relevant BIM tools.
  • Strong understanding of Revit Parameter Management and how to align model elements with schedule items.
  • Deep understanding of construction schedules (Primavera P6) and their integration with models.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills
  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience with 5D modeling (cost integration) is a valuable asset.
  • Familiarity with Lean Construction principles and advanced visualization techniques.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools for tracking project performance.
