We specialize in providing personalized care plans tailored to the unique needs of individuals, including companionship, meal preparation, hygiene assistance, transportation, and specialized non‑medical services such as Alzheimer’s, dementia, and end‑of‑life care.

We looking for a detail oriented, complex problem solver to lead our scheduling team!

The Scheduler is a full-time, on‑site role located in Oxford, MS. The Scheduler will coordinate caregiver schedules to ensure timely and effective client care, address any scheduling conflicts, monitor caregiver availability, and maintain accurate and organized scheduling records for caregivers and clients. Mastering our cloud‑based software and communicating with staff, clients, and families to address schedule‑related needs and adjustments is an essential element of this role.

• Proficiency in scheduling management, organization, and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with clients, caregivers, and staff
• Problem‑solving abilities to manage long‑term and last‑minute scheduling needs
• Demonstrated ability to work onsite in a fast‑paced environment
• Previous experience managing a schedule and supervising employees is a plus
