Beau Ridge at Oxford Farms, Oxford’s only locally owned and operated independent senior living community, is looking for an energetic, caring and detail-oriented person to join our Dietary Team in the new role of Hospitality Coordinator. What You’ll Do:
  • Lead, coach, and mentor our dining room team.
  • Train new team members in hospitality standards and service excellence.
  • Create monthly server schedules and coordinate staffing needs.
  • Build strong communication between the kitchen and dining room teams.
  • Ensure every meal is delivered with outstanding service, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Visit with residents during meals, gather feedback, and advocate for their experience.
  • Help develop restaurant-style systems that improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Assist with menu planning, recipe development, food ordering, and special dining initiatives.
  • Maintain a beautiful, welcoming dining room environment.
  • Coordinate hospitality for birthdays, anniversaries, marketing events, social hours, and community celebrations.
  • Help create memorable moments that residents and families will never forget.
