Job Responsibilities:
- Taking care of end to end recruitment of entry level to top level via Job portal, Referral Campus Recruitment.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Managing the recruitment and selection process
- Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Maintaining pay plans and benefit programs
- Organizing and maintaining weekly activity, along with occasional festive celebrations.
