Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day managed services support for SMB customers across multiple environments
- Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot network, security, server, and cloud-based systems
- Serve as an escalation point for Level 1/2 issues related to infrastructure and applications
- Manage and support firewalls, switches, and wireless networks
- Administer and troubleshoot server environments (Windows Server, virtualization, backups)
- Support and manage cloud applications and services (Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, or similar)
- Perform routine maintenance, patching, and system updates
- Work directly with customers to resolve issues, provide guidance, and recommend improvements
- Document configurations, incidents, and changes accurately
- 3+ years of experience in a Managed Services / MSP environment
- Strong experience across:
- Networking & Security
- Server administration
- Cloud applications and services
- Hands-on experience supporting small to mid-sized business customers
- Working knowledge of networking vendors such as:
- Cisco
- Fortinet
- Aruba
- Solid understanding of:
- TCP/IP
- VLANs
- routing
- switching
- firewall fundamentals
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to manage multiple customer environments
- Industry certifications such as:
- Fortinet NSE
- Cisco CCNA / CCNP
- Aruba certifications
- Microsoft (M365, Azure) or AWS certifications
- Experience with backup, DR, and security best practices
- Previous customer-facing or account ownership experience
- Exposure to a wide variety of customer environments and technologies

- $60,000 - $85,000
