Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Travel: 20-40%

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six (6) to twelve (12) months of related experience preferred

Discover a rewarding career  are seeking a skilled, personable, and enthusiastic IT Field Technician to join the Arcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer hardware, software, communication equipment, and network services. You will proactively install and configure computer systems, hardware, software, personal computers, operating systems, servers, peripherals, and communication equipment. Support from the IT Senior Field Technician may be provided as needed to ensure the smooth operation of our technology services.

• 401(k) retirement plan with company matching up to 200% of the employee's contribution of up to 4% after one year of employment
