The PracticeYou’ll represent employers, carriers, and third-party administrators in workers' compensation matters from inception through resolution, including:
- Initial claim evaluation and strategy
- Managing discovery and medical records
- Depositions of claimants, physicians, and vocational experts
- Motion practice
- Settlement negotiations
- Hearings before administrative judges
This is a hands‑on litigation role - not just file monitoring.
What They’re Looking For- 3-8+ years of workers' compensation defense experience
- Ability to independently manage a full caseload
- Strong organizational and client communication skills
- Mississippi Bar admission
- Professional but down-to‑earth culture
- Collaborative team structure
- Clear expectations and consistent workflow
