We are seeking a hands-on Set Up Technician to establish, optimize, and troubleshoot injection molding processes. You will ensure consistent, high-quality production through scientific molding practices, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
Applicants Must:- Have 3+ years of experience within injection molding environment

Current openings for various levels:
Hourly base rate + $2.00/hr shift differential
- Entry Level: $21.86 - $24.00/hr
- Mid Level: $25.00 - $31.00/hr
- Senior Level: $31.00 - $40.00/hr
salary: $46,000 - $83,000 per year

- Perform mold setups, startups, and process validations; establish decoupled molding parameters (fill, pack, hold, cooling); optimize cycle times to minimize scrap.
- Identify and resolve process issues, equipment alarms, and defects (flash, sink, warp, short shots, etc.) to support floor operations.
- Lead lean initiatives to reduce downtime and scrap; collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance teams on root-cause corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate setup sheets and process logs per ISO/regulated standards; train floor operators on process safety and quality control.
