Hilltop Manor Health and Rehabilitation Center is looking for a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team. Full-time positions are available for 3pm–11pm and 11pm–7am shifts, with a sign-on bonus and a focus on compassionate, high-quality resident care.
You will assist in individualized care plans, supervise CNAs, and participate in safety programs to protect residents. This environment values teamwork, growth, and dedication to better outcomes for seniors.
