Job Overview

Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and (truncated). We are looking for a technician who takes pride in their work, operates with a high level of ability. The ideal candidate is organized, self‑motivated, and capable of building positive working relationships with both equipment operators in the field and company leadership. • Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
• Identify issues efficiently and complete repairs correctly the first time.
• Communicate clearly with equipment operators to understand concerns and operating issues. Report repair status.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience working on construction equipment and/or heavy trucks.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional communication skills and the ability to build trust with operators.
• A proactive mindset with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Must pass pre‑employment screening.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments.
• Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
