Maxx South Broadband is seeking a motivated Universal Technician I (Field Service Technician) to join our Technical Operations team. This role installs and activates fiber and coaxial drop systems from the tap to the customer’s home, ensuring proper grounding and accurate data services.
You will read system maps, troubleshoot issues, and educate customers on home equipment while working indoors and outdoors in varied weather.
