Position

The candidate in this Time‑Limited (14) position will be responsible for monitoring the performance of the Service Coordinators and Admin Asst in this district, communicate with providers, families, and community partners. Monitoring program performance, developing and implementing corrective actions as needed, identifying and recruiting EI service providers, and participating with national, state, and local stakeholders.

Success Criteria

Successful employees will need to commit to serving diverse infants and toddlers with special needs and their families, have excellent communication skills and customer service practices, be an effective team leader, have knowledge of child development and family-centered practices, have the ability to work collaboratively and develop creative solutions to assist families and support staff, have good organization skills, and be able to prioritize work to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years of experience.
