Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Location: Fully on-site in Oxford, North Carolina, offering the opportunity to work closely with manufacturing operations and cross-functional teams.
Note: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and 2+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.

Job Description- Establish and maintain accurate product costs for manufactured and purchased goods, including material, labor, and overhead
- Manage and improve inventory accounting procedures, reconciliations, controls, and valuation
- Analyze changes in raw materials, supplier pricing, product design, and manufacturing processes to understand their impact on costs and margins
- Support physical inventories and cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and help implement corrective actions
- Partner with Purchasing to identify and report material and supplier price changes
- Participate in month-end and year-end close, including cost and inventory reconciliations and journal entries
- Prepare financial analysis, management reporting, and ad hoc reporting for business leaders
- Support annual audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation
- Manage selected customer accounts and assist with resolving outstanding balances when needed
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting, costing, inventory, reporting, and internal control processes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of product costing, inventory accounting, general ledger functions, and financial statements
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze and report financial data
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Access or SQL knowledge is a plus
